I absolutely love the staff at the Huronia Nurse Practitioner clinic. I am extremely happy with my level of medical care, I get an appointment fairly quick and I get into the office very fast. The staff is always friendly, including the front office staff, and spend a perfect amount of time on my needs. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

The staff is busy, but certainly willing to assist in a variety of skill sets, ways and referrals. If not familiar in any specific area, they most often seek the appropriate advice from specialists or provide timely information and referrals. So far, very satisfied with the level of care they provide for myself and my family.

The HNPLC provides the best health care I've EVER had. I find that the NPs take the time required to assess, really listen and know ALL of my health issues. They are also terrific at health maintenance - making sure that regular checks (mammograms, bone density, immunizations, etc) are all up-to-date so that I can maintain maximum health. Referrals to specialists happens quickly when needed. All of these things are important to me as I get into my "senior" years.

As I tell everyone that asks, your facility is staffed with so many talented, patient, friendly professionals, it's the only place I will go for the assistance I need. I am made to feel comfortable, and welcome. All of your staff go above and beyond in their treatment of me and anyone else I see in the facility. I have been fortunate enough to have a wonderful nurse practitioner here for about 6 years, I can honestly say that this clinic provides care that is equal to a doctor's care, if not better. Well done to everyone on staff,.

This is the best primary care service I've ever had. The administration and support staff are pleasant and kind. I agree with the other reviews regarding the level of attentiveness and willingness of the nurse practitioner to listen and investigate symptoms appropriately. She also listens for and enquires about healthy/unhealthy habits and medication side effects. Moreover, my nurse practitioner provides detailed practical information and completes referrals when appropriate. Finally, she puts effort into finding the best specialists with the lowest wait lists (resulting from the specialist's processes, not because they have a poor reputation) where possible. I know my Nurse Practitioner has my best interests at heart.

I'm new to this clinic but my mother has been coming here for several years. Patients get better care here than most doctor's offices. Nurse practitioners and all staff maintain ATTENTIVE CARING practices in an industry that is increasingly difficult to work in.

I love having a Nurse Practitioner over a Physician. The level of care here is much higher as they have time to listen and truly help, I don't feel rushed, and I feel like any concerns are properly addressed. I appreciate how the clinic will do phone appointments thus avoiding unnecessary travel. I find wait times, if any, are minimal and I can usually book an appointment within a week or two. Keep up the good work!
