Prescription Renewals

If you need a prescription renewal, please contact your pharmacy directly and have them fax us a renewal request. 

If your Nurse Practitioner requires a follow-up prior to the renewal refill, you will be contacted directly by our administrative staff to book an appointment.  

Prescription renewals may take 3-7 business days to be completed.
